Cannery Row

On Saturday we drove down to Monterey and Carmel for the afternoon.  Our first stop was Cannery Row and the aquarium.  This was our second trip to the aquarium with Brayden.  He seemed to understand it and enjoy it more this time.  He pulled us by the hand the entire time and led us to what exhibits he wanted to see.  After leaving Monterey we headed over to Carmel and picked up another model airplane for Brayden for Valentine's Day.  He loves these planes and we're not sure where this interest developed from.  But he now has three of them.  Luckily he also has a Fisher Price plane from Gram & Pap that he can actually run around and play with.  The Pebble Beach Golf tournament was going on as well this weekend.  But even though he has a love of golf we figured we'd wait a few more years before taking him to his first tournament.  We thought he'd be way too loud now and we'd probably be asked to leave.  Didn't really think Brayden would respond appropriately to those volunteer workers who always hold up the "quiet please" signs!

What? He can't read yet?
I had pulled this post up and Nico is sitting next to me...so he says "Baby?" Anyone age 3 and under is a baby at this point. But I thought it was cute. Then it made me wish that I could plan a trip up there. Looks like there is always fun to be had!
