We felt like tourists today.  We ended up walking down to the wharf area and hanging out down there for the afternoon.  The warm, sunny weather is gone and we had to break out Brayden's winter hat for the walk down.  (It's about a 30 minute walk.)  Once there we went out on some of the piers, including the famous Pier 39.  We also had lunch at the Rainforest Cafe.  It's a great place for kids.  It's like you're eating in the tropical rainforest.  You're surrounded by trees, vines, waterfalls, gorillas, monkeys, parrots, and elephants.  The animals all move and make noises so they are very life like.  And every 30 minutes there is a storm where the lights flicker and it rains, thunders, and lightnings.  Brayden was entertained the entire time and especially loved the big red eyed tree frog that walked around, named Cha Cha.  It's the only time he's thrown a tantrum when its come time to leave.
